This page contains two sections divided by a horizonal rule.
If you have volunteered to maintain your team's game schedule
by completing a volunteer registration form in the past
and know the e-mail address that you used at the time,
the e-mail address you used on the volunteer registration form
is all that is needed to continue the activation process.
Enter it in the "E-mail address:" field and press the button titled "Activate"
